Yield: 1 (3/4) cup

2		Ripe kiwis, peeled and
		Quartered
1/4	c	Midori melon liqueur
2	tb	Lemon juice
		Sugar to taste, optional

Process all ingredients except sugar in food processor or blender until smooth. Taste and add sugar to taste, if desired. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Note: This recipe can be multiplied.
